1st advent

This weekend is Thanksgiving, 1st advent and dearist Emily's birthday. We have more snow, it has been snowing just about every day and it is very cold for this time of the year. -10c yesterday, haven't looked today.



This picture taken in the middle of the day, on Emily's birthday! Sometimes when we would get snow in november, the kids would say "now we'll have a white Christmas!" and that snow would melt and it would be rainy on Christmas. But this year something tells me that this snow is staying around!

Here are just a few of the 250 pictures taken in South Africa. Martin went a little wild with my camera! I just had to have a picture of the sink in the bathroom where we went on a safari, rustic concrete! Lots of pictures on facebook.......





And of course had to put in a lighthouse, took lots of pictures of that. Cape of Good Hope
